Approved Log Nicks Workout Log

37 years old. On 200mgs Test 2X weekly. Will switch up to 400mgs a week. Pretty standard diet. Egg sandwiches for breakfast most days. Sandwich and chips for lunch and big dinners. Meat rice and veggies usually. Not too into calorie counting and all that but can start if it will help. Eat a lot of fruit everyday as well. Reese’s cups are my krytonite though. Will keep y’all posted on workouts. Take the weekend off and usually work one muscle a day and Abs are EVERYDAY. So Monday shoulders and back, Tuesday triceps, Wednesday biceps and forearms, Thursday full upper body, Friday is legs. Any advice or pointers would be dope! Thanks for all y’all’s help! LETS FUCKING CRUSH IT BOYS!!!
 
sandwiches and chips are not muscle building foods man

you need your fruits, veggies, fats, and proteins

also don't use steroids as a crutch to workout. when you come off steroids you won't want to workout anymore and will be back to square 1 again. seen it a million times. you have to commit and grind at this

@Boomboombaran how about you post actually what you eat foods meals and when and how we need more details.

If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Workout Log



Leg day.

15 minute warm up

3 sets of 12 calf raises 30lbs

3 sets of 12 angled leg press 150lbs

3 sets of 12 inner and outer thighs 50lbs

3 sets of 10 lunges 20lbs added

5 sets of 12 leg raises (for abs)

5 sets of 10 crunches 10lbs added.

Feeling good!!!! Let’s get it brothas!!

I will throw up my diet Monday guys. Thanks for the support. Yea I know I gotta change up my diet alil. I also you mass gainer once a day as well. When I have a little more time I will post what I eat to the T and get really in depth. This is something I want. The test helps but I want more strength and a healthier lifestyle 100%. We only have one life to live and I want it to be long and prosperous. Watched my stepdad die from ALS literally in front of me and it made me realize how fragile life is. He was the strongest man I know and took me from the depths of hell to becoming a man. I have a past with opiates. Don’t tell too many ppl be cause there is still a stigma. It can happen to anyone man. Anyways thanks again guys and hope everyone has a great and grinding day!
