Hi all, Adrian here, 28 years old 158 pounds. I have been working out for 5 years and would like a little bit of a boost. I am interested in taking some substance be it SARMS Oral peptides or steroids and trying to put on a decent visible amount of lean bulk as quickly as possible, I had heard the Dianabol with Anavar and aromsin was good for this alongside D-drol Anavar and aromasin, but as i am not able to buy things with bitcoin (long story) and am not keen on teh idea of injecting myself with needles, I am not sure what would be a good starting place, which is why I decided to ask for your expertise

here are my stats:

age: 28
Height: 5.7 feet
Weight:158 pounds
Amount of time working out: 5 years athletic for most of my life from elementary school to now
Current medication: Phocalin 10 mg Certaline 150mg Stellara unsure of dosage
Bloodwork : As of 3 weeks ago ( this having been my last time getting blood work done ) everything A ok Test levels higehr then average

we need a lot more details please

so start, you said you did blood work please share bloods just blur out personal info

next thing BIG issue, diet is missing
we need your diet, foods you eat meals and when you eat them, at least for 2 weeks lets log and see what you eating
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

you can run an oral only cycle that might be where to start
there are many different orals available
 
give us your picture so we can see what kind of physique you have
sounds like you're a pretty athletic guy but we need the pictures
 
nice start to this log you definitely have a great workout routine and consistent
I think steroids can definitely help you

and then you can set a goal of where you want to be
 
yes for sure we need the pictures so we can guess on your body fat

Hi all thank you so much for your replies, here os my general diet, wil, upload pictures as soon as possible, i was thinking given that i cant seem to buy steroids, andarine, cardarine testolone stenabolic, a few peptides ( what do you all recommend??) 7 caos of n2gaurd and if possible 50mg anavar and 25 Dianbol 50 Aromison, what do you all think:

Here is what I generally eat in a day but will make a better log as track voer the next few days:

Morning: 6 oz meat cooked at home, one bowl of some grain, usually rice

Midday: 8oz meat cooked at home, salad with vinaigrette no other sauce, a serving of grain ( bread pasta etc)

night: 6-8 oz meat cooked at home some roasted vegetables, serving of grain, MAYBE some icecream as desert, i often will eat cauliflower pasta or whole wheat bread to avoid the excess carbs.

Snack's throughout theday: usually about 2-3 muscle milks, some fruit
