Thanks for the support brother . I had a question about fats. Would it be healthier for me to stick to lean proteins and supplement fat from avocados and walnuts or just get fatty cuts of meat?

@GHgut4life turnd out yesterday macros were a bit higher. Protein is 108 fat still 140 and carbs were 13g. Base line reading was .5 today
