How to adjust calories on anavar cut

I’m doing an anavar cut
Currently on trt 100mgs a week testo CYP
Anavar is gonna be 60mgs a day and wondering how to adjust calories
I'm 230 lb in 25% body fat. 48 years old and I definitely have the dad body that the media laughs about
my current calories are like 4,300 a day if I were to drop them down to 2500 would that be smart or too much?

50mgs/day anavar
but cardio and low carbs

you need to get your body fat down first before starting.

The main thing to "adjust" is steroid use when you are literally ONE FOURTH fat.. come on now... thats just insanity.. you should not even be in the same room with any steroid right now... you are quite a long way from that with your current condition.. you SHOULD be worried about your diet and calorie intake but NOT with any steroid use of any kind

Get cardio/exercise and diet under control first. Then consider a SARMS stack prior to steroid use. Not only is is dangerous but you will not get your moneys worth being that high BF. Also get some base blood work done before starting sarms or steroids.
