Meal 3:
- 6 oz smoked salmon, 100g zucchini or cucumber, 1/2 avocado, lemon juice
Meal 4 (Evening Casein):
- 1 scoop casein, 1 tbsp PB Fit, 1/2 cup almond milk, cinnamo
