First cycle questions before making log

Great site with a lot of great information. Was not planning on making a log but seen they are encouraged. Little info, I’m 39 been on TRT w/ cyp for years. Was planning for first cycle of test E, 500/week pinning twice/weekly. While using anastrozole .5mg twice a week and adjust if needed.

Questions:
-I’m assuming keeping extra arimidex is a good idea, how much? An another 20 mg plenty?
-I was not planning on a pct with hcg, clomiphene, etc since being on trt for so long and a relative smaller first cycle. Was going to taper down arimidex. Any issue with this?
-Lastly, I take the trt since my levels are sub 200 off. Should I take the .8 200mg/mL cyp each week with the 500 E?

@BDK good share before a log.
If you're on TRT you can start the LOG before you start the cycle so diet training is planned well.
But for your Qs:

1) I would go .25mgs arimidex EOD instead of 2x/week
and keep extra on hand with some tamoxifen (nolvadex)
2) you dont need to do PCT if you're on TRT just wasting money and time bro
3) no dont double stack the TRT+Test just go with 500mgs testosterone to start, 700mgs is way too much thats a big blast, start with 500mgs/week total and feel your way from there
thats why the LOG you see? we can show you the way and the path via training diet cycle and see how your blast goes and before it goes too far bro
 
if you take TRT dose + another 500mgs then you are up to close to 700mgs. that is all man

don't make things more complicated than they are
 
a log is encouraged
the reason is it will help you get the best results
 
bro definitely put up a log
make sure you put up pictures we need to see that
 
you never want to over do it on estrogen high or low
you will get bad sides going too low too

you are going to want to use .25mgs adex
20mgs you thinkin of aromasin
 
don't mix up adex and aromasin
a lot of people do that and its a mistake
 
Typically on trt u won't need one.
 
You just want to run the 500mg in total. No need to add to your TRT dose. When guys not on TRT run a cycle, their natty test is shut down, not like they are adding 500mg to their normal test levels.
