Saturday and sunday

Saturday went for mostly just alot of light workouts and alot of stretching glutes are getting a bit tight from all the muscles I'm adding probably around my buttocks haha.




Breakfast
Saturday:
Greek yogurt 1 cup
Almonds 50g
1 bannana
=503 calories(44g carbs,33g protein,25g fat)
Sunday:
1 cup greek yogurt
2 boiled eggs
50g almonds
=617 calories(16g carbs,43g protein,46g fat)

Saturday
Went on a morning jog for 20 minutes.
Went to the gym a bit early at around 8:30 am


Last week before I start hitting it hard next week.


Cable flys 2 x 12+2 1x failure
Decline press 3x 12

Bw dips 4x 25
Front raises with dumbell 3x 12 1x failure
Rear delt flys 2 x failure
Skull crushers 4x8

I think I should of gotten acutane tbh nothing seems to really stop the acne just moreover slow it down .

Pull up weighted 1x8. (Bw + 25) (1x4 bw +75 neutral gripp




Did some wrestling off season work.
To say the least that was hell. I could really feel the extra weight on me.
