Leg day brothers. Leg day always starts in the mind. The decision not to be a lil bitch and the refusal to miss any set or any rep. I've always had a love/hate relationship with squatting, but they're necessary for a full set of quads. Gains have been made in the leg department, and they are starting to reveal themselves. My weight was up a little bit this day, but it has since returned to sub 200s.
