Pull day today. Back has been my biggest priority in this off-season, so I try to hit it with a little extra focus and intensity. I think we made some great progress so far, and the cut has been moving along. Nothing has changed so far in the plan and the weight is still moving, so we keep trucking along.

Body Weight: 198.8

2 sets bent-over barbell row 255
3 sets lat pulldown 245
4 sets preacher curl machine 132
4 sets rear delt flies 165
2 sets single-arm cable row 90
2 sets cable pullover 187

Daily injections (all US-pharmacies):

.5mg reta/week
10mg Cialis daily

Cardio:
Monday, Thursday - HIIT (20/40 intervals)
Tuesday, Friday - Stairmaster (10 minutes with heart rate above 150)
Wednesday, Saturday - 20-minute walk (130 hr)

Leg day brothers. Leg day always starts in the mind. The decision not to be a lil bitch and the refusal to miss any set or any rep. I've always had a love/hate relationship with squatting, but they're necessary for a full set of quads. Gains have been made in the leg department, and they are starting to reveal themselves. My weight was up a little bit this day, but it has since returned to sub 200s.

2 sets pendulum squat 145 per side
2 sets belt squat RDLs 180 per side
3 sets quad ext 220
3 sets single-leg prone hamstring curl 77
6 sets calves
