DAY 2 — PULL | BACK • BICEPS • REAR DELTS

This morning was a bit messy. I was up 0430 covered in probes. Had the nurse come in and unhook me from the monitor equipment for the sleep study. This wasn’t a how good can you sleep event. At 0120 the main tech came in and asked me to put a mask on to get readings. Know beforehand if this happened it is conformity that I have sleep apnea. No surprise. As with anything new to a sleep habit it was fucked. A nose piece on with someone else at the controls making adjustments. If you open your mouth you sound like a bull dog hanging his lips out the window. Eventually I was able to nod of for a bit. It was more of a quazi sleep state than anything. So to say the least not feeling so Creepy today. I did pre load my morning shots and that was enough of a boost to get my groggy ass to the car. For... you already know if you read my log. The Rockstar zero. Getting on my way home. 30 minute drive, Got to the front door Mr Ash knew I was home. At this point I knew it was a second Rockstar day. Ash did his normal primary sweep, everything was good in the hood. I tried to keep focused Ash got his blanket I hit the treadmill 15 minutes was all I was going to give today. And the rest of the day was gonna be off so I took it light.

*190.0 lbs this morning!?

• Bent‑Over Barbell Rows
50lbs — 15, 15, 15
I was thinking about what I have here. It's 2 x 25 plates plus the 45lb bar. Really 95lbs. We are at 125, really on a normal day. So load light. Still lock in form and get it done, bar path clean, belt tight, going through the reps.

• Lat Pulldowns (half a grip wider than shoulders + Unilateral)
100 on the stack • 50 for uni
Natural ‑to‑narrow rotation for 16–18 reps across 6 sets. Well but today I just did uni for 3 set
Unilateral rounds to 20
Elbow‑to‑hip. Fire in the lats at the end. I was drifting in though in thoughts. I had the podcast on with @catdadironman. I did find some strength in listening to his story. I am sure some one has told you. But thank you brother for being real and honest its hard to deal with the mind and alcohol. And be able to come out of that better!

• Seated Cable Rows
90 lbs — 15, 15, 15
Full resets. Tight pulls.
90‑second discipline.
Thinking very hard to control movement. Thinking how the shoulders rotating around the ribcage. Then releasing slowly back forward letting the shoulder blades move back forward. This is way harder with a few hours of sleep and I don't want to. Then still isn't shit to what people I am getting to know have been through.

• Face Pulls
30 lbs — 20 reps × 3 sets.
I didn't move the weight on this. Its not overload anyway
Whole upper back gets touched.
Mid back also gets good and hot.
I was able to get this fully done as my back did not really get to hit earlier.

• Seated Cable Dumbbell Curls
50 lbs on cables, we were at 90
Set 1–4, 12 slow, surgical reps
Set 5: 12 full reps + 3 then unknown partials until total failure. I needed time after this. Gassed out pretty bad.

• Pullovers
70lb dumbbell, 3×20
Sideways on the bench, letting gravity peel the lats open.
Last set slowed down to carve width with intent. I really enjoy this exercise. I refuse to back off this one. With that I am done. And smell Mrs. Creeper doing breakfast for me. She is there when I need it the most!

• Extra Set
Spider curl
* not today satan!

• DAILY FUEL BREAKDOWN
- Calories: 3,275
- Protein: 302-305 + added protein powder
- Carbs: 480–520g
- Fat: 75–95g
- Sodium: 3,800–4,400mg
- Tablespoon of honey before work sets. I also drink an electrolytes / Aminos mix during the work.

• OVERALL NOTES—

Really it was about getting this test done and over. I will be getting a c–pap machine soon. I feel its going to change a lot for me. I won't take the sleeping pills they gave me. It's a antidepressant. I already add enough chemicals to myself. The best will be getting a full night sleep. If you are reading this and struggling with sleep on or off cycle. Don't think you will go very long with how much this will effect you in everything you do. As you can see. I'm a dumb ass powering through. But most would skip this on 2 hrs of sleep. Don't put it off do the test!

🔥 TEAM USP DAILY BODYBUILDING NEWS. 5/17/2026

🥇 MICHAL “KRIZO” KRIZANEK WINS THE 2026 PITTSBURGH PRO

Krizo walks into Pittsburgh one week after losing NY Pro… and reverses the outcome.
He beats Tonio Burton in the rematch and takes the Men’s Open title with sharper condition, fuller muscle bellies, and stronger stage control posing. (Still a bit shaky)

Men’s Open Final Placings
• Michal Krizanek — Winner
• Tonio Burton — 2nd
• Brandon Curry — 3rd
• Sasan Heirati — 4th
• Blessing Awodibu — 5th
• Notes:
Krizo dominated comparisons from the first callout. The announcers were calling it all Tonio I didn't see it that way. Tonio still looked dangerous but Krizo’s density and dryness sealed it with his improved posing. Curry steady, polished, but outgunned. Sasan was peeled and the best condition out of everyone there. It seems like he is like Hadi never far off from perfect peak.

🏆 DIVISION WINNERS — FINALS

• Men’s Open — Michal Krizanek
• Classic Physique — Niall Darwen
• Men’s Physique — Kyron Holden
• Women’s Physique — Paula Ranta
• Wellness — Daniele Mendonça
• Figure — Natalia Soltero
• Bikini — Lauralie Chapados
• Fit Model — Shealynn Burnett

🔥 DEEP CUT FINALS NOTES

Classic Physique — Niall Darwen Takes It Clean
Darwen’s structure + conditioning = undeniable.
Diego Garavito and Chen Kang rounded out the top 3.

Men’s Physique — Kyron Holden Back on Top
Kyron beats Ali Bilal and Edvan Palmeira with a tighter waist and better flow. That was a shock.

Women’s Physique — Paula Ranta Dominates
Ranta’s shape and conditioning were unmatched.

Wellness — Daniele Mendonça Wins Big
Deep lineup, but Daniele’s lower-body density carried the day.

Figure — Natalia Soltero Claims Another Title
Precision posing, crisp lines — textbook Figure.

Bikini — Lauralie Chapados Adds Another Win
Flow, balance, and stage presence — she’s in Olympia form early.

Fit Model — Shealynn Burnett Takes Gold
Cleanest presentation of the night.

🎯 NEXT SHOWS TO WATCH
• Toronto Pro
• Empro Classic Spain
• Omaha Pro
• Midwest Championships

🧠 TEAM USP (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
Krizo needed this win and he delivered. This wasn’t a small correction from NY Pro; this was a statement. Tonio is still surging, but Krizo just reinserted himself into the Olympia conversation with authority. He has work to do to beat the big boys.
Classic Physique is getting deeper. Niall Darwen is the real deal and he’s not done.
Lauralie looks like she’s peaking early, and Kyron Holden is back in championship form.
Pittsburgh Pro delivered exactly what we needed: clarity, momentum, and storylines heading into the summer run. The the guest posing... Dam... did Sampson impress me! He was massively improved in his legs, Jacked looked great. Derek was ummm fat...not taking away from him but he has a ways to go. Sommerfeld was big. And said he is going to open!? Wesley was huge too not diced. Was a great showing!

TEAM USP is watching every move.

Lower body work.

• Today starts like most, definitely better than yesterday. And got 6.75 hrs of sleep, only waking up 2 times was good. I do think the 20 mg of melatonin was a big help. I normally take 5. Still 0430 my eyes open do my shots and put on the robe and some sweats Ash and I make a pit stop for the all important Rockstar zero. Unfortunately today was cold and raining at a good clip so we did do our perimeter sweep we normally do. Ash wanting no part of the cold rain. So he grabbed up his blanket and I put on some dogo tv for him. We head to the dungeon. Today was chilly enough I needed a sweater. I would not be surprised if it snows again. Started with a slow walk just to get heat and movements going. Bringing it up to a slow jog for 40 minutes at that pace. Went to the yoga stretching. Working over Leg mobility. I can tell its going to be a long rain day. Fishing off with traditional stretches. Then set up for my warm up sets.

* 189.6 this morning trending up!

• Leg Press

230 lbs is where we were, so now back to 6 plates or 270 Stance neutral today.
Paused reps. Smooth and controlled.
4×12, quads still not near max. But this isn't a bad place With the neutral stance holding the foam block is still challenging. Working deeper than when I started with the block. Getting a big stretch. Easy to come out the hole. This is continued progress on how my legs and knees feel. Maybe after adjusting to the load we will add more.

• Cable Crunches
We are staying at 150lbs. Spine arched, hips pulling through.
Controlled and systemic.
And doing 6 sets . I ran this up to 15. I take a solid 60 seconds to recover between sets. I started shaking hard on set 3 the last 2 sets were a test of will power. And not great form.

• Romanian Deadlifts
120lbs, Belt tight. Hamstrings drawn tight. Close to the shins, keeping head up.
10 on set one, backed down on reps after 3 going to 10 and 9. We got same reps as last time. Be methodically mindful. Progress is progress. It's never fast.

• Calf Raises
120 lbs On a 2‑inch platform, heels hanging deep.
Stretch, squeeze up, repeat. 5 sets done at 10 reps. Front of the shin was being pissy and started crampinga bit on the left. Set 5 was a waddling maker.

• Hanging Leg Raises
Weighted sets with 10 lbs on the feet.
Strict, no sway. If I do, I reset balance and go again. 9 reps with a rest of 60 seconds. I was lit up in the abs. Did the 8 reps, 2 more sets. We got one extra rep here.

• Smith Machine Squats
250 lbs, neutral stance, tempo steady.
10 reps then 8 matched again for sets 3 & 4. Nice and smooth. Form feels okay with the toes pointing out a bit. The foam is being used. Not getting full depth. Looks and feels deeper than before.

• Hack squat started this off light as the finish touch. 150, 3 sets neutral stance, toes pushed down 12, 10, 10. quads good and steamy. Foam box is still in play. Got down pretty deep. Shin is still barking 😑

• Daily Totals
- Calories: ~3,250
- Protein: ~310g
-Fats:~80–95g
- Sodium ~ 3,250 –3,950
- Carbs: ~425–480 Moderate‑high (ideal for recovery)
- Fats: Controlled, mostly from eggs + almond butter

• Notes of the Day
It turned out to be a rain day all day. Had a snow mix and a freeze warning in effect for tonight. So have to cover some of my plants up. Colorado has officially started some kind of substance abuse problem. It is Mother's day that its normally safe to plant everything. 🤷‍♂️ So I think its the humidity but definitely cramping up today was an issue. Had a couple people ask me if I was okay. I thought I was going good. Lol. Nope just Leg day. Mrs Creeper had the rainy day blues. I don't really understand depression. I just try and listen to the problem. Not suggesting how to fix it. Just try and be there for her. I thought at first you can just un fuck yourself like I do and get after myself or her that just makes it worse. It's way more thoughtful to listen or to be heard in some. Unlike my bullheaded thoughts of you can fix anything with logic.

🧠 TEAM USP — CREEPER’S THOUGHTS (NEW VERSION)
The Olympia picture just got a whole lot clearer and a whole lot uglier for anyone not holding a trophy. The auto‑qualifiers sit on a throne nobody else can touch, and every 2026 show winner is already packing for Vegas. Everyone else? They’re fighting for scraps in a season that’s moving faster than they are.
Classic Physique just became a warzone. Wesley Vissers punching his ticket at the Arnold means the top of that division is now a three‑headed monster with Sommerfeld, Ramon, and Urs (questionable)already locked in. Anyone pretending they’re “in the mix” without a win is lying to themselves.
Bikini? Ashlyn Little being the reigning Olympia champ changes the entire energy. Lauralie winning Pittsburgh doesn’t just qualify her it puts pressure on Dorie and Maureen to show up sharper than ever. That division is about to get political, competitive, and personal.
Men’s Open is the most violent it’s been in years. Krizo and Tonio are already in. The Olympia Top 3 are already in. That leaves maybe one or two real opportunities for the rest of the division to survive. Curry, Blessing, Sasan they’re not “chasing points,” they’re chasing oxygen.

This season isn’t just hype. It’s about math.
And the math is telling the truth:
If you don’t win, you don’t go.

* Thats if I did this all correctly. There is possible errors and will fix them when I go back through everything. Or if anyone sees something I over looked.

* Rest day on paper, never in execution.
Up at 0430 USP gear on board. Science officers robe on. Take Ash outside to do our perimeter sweep. This morning was nice, cool and humid, still some rain clouds hanging out. Perfect to get work in. Rolled in the Creeper's dungeon did 45 minutes, 10 min walk 35 min slow jog on the treadmill. Hbpm 125–135. Straight into yoga for 30 minutes. Legs need a good work over. This was needed to get them to unload a bit and I can walk differently than a drunk orangutan. Then my old school stretches. As routine on Rest day my 5 x 5 pull–up's with 25lb plate. To start the day right. Now I get some breakfast going 😋

• Notes of day

191.2 this morning.

I had 2 Dr. Appointments today one with a spinal doctor. I have had an up tic in pain over the last 8 months. So I had 3, 3 ml shots of cortisone in my right side of the neck. He zoomed in on the nerves with an ultrasound and pinned me up. Then after that I went to gastrointestinal my alt and ast have been up for a while. The doctor who is a hepatologist as well. Wants to do an ultrasound on my liver. I'm okay with that. I don't think I have n.a.f.l.d. my ggt has never been low. c.r.p. has looked good. Have not had a problem losing weight. Anyhow after that they want to do bloods again. I will probably just take a few days off of training to do the blood tests. They didn't really listen that I train pretty hard. But I want to have a look at the liver anyway. Just to be sure. But if there is. Then I will smash my diet to almost nothing but protein. And cut as much fat as possible. Run the carbs low. And lean way out. I really don't think that's what the enzymes are elevated over. As well as my iron and ferriton levels have been low to the point of using supplements to keep them in range.

• ANDREW JACKED TRAINING FOOTAGE LEAKS
A new clip from Andrew Jacked’s training camp hit IG this afternoon, showing him running a brutal chest + delts session with noticeably thicker upper‑pec density. The big takeaway, his waist looks tighter than anything he brought in 2025, and the comments from his coach hint at “a different Andrew this season.”
This is the first meaningful physique data point from Andrew.

• SAMSON DAUDA DROPS A HEAVY HINT ABOUT HIS NEXT MOVE
Samson posted a cryptic caption: “The next phase begins.”
No show named. No date. But the physique clip shows him at what looks like off-season fullness with near‑stage‑ready legs, which is rare for him this far out.
• Industry chatter is already speculating that he may be lining up a mid‑summer appearance.

• CHRIS BUMSTEAD POSTS A NEW TRAINING CLIP: ARMS LOOK INSANE
Cbum dropped a short YouTube Community post showing a close-up of his arm day. The biceps peak looks sharper than his 2023–2025 off-season phases.
He also mentioned: “Staying healthy is the mission this year.”
That’s the first time he’s addressed injury concerns since early 2026.
• I am not sure he is doing anything but brand promotion.

• RAMON DINO SHARES A POSING ROOM STILL (AND HE’S DENSE)
Ramon posted a single still frame from a posing session.
Classic Physique is shaping up to be a three‑man war this year. If Mike makes up his mind.

• HADI CHOOPAN SPOTTED TRAINING WITH A NEW PARTNER
A fan clip from a private gym in California shows Hadi training with a new partner who appears to be a conditioning specialist.
Hadi looked leaner than expected for May, suggesting he may be pushing an earlier prep timeline.

• TONIO BURTON ANNOUNCES HE’S “NOT DONE YET”
Tonio posted a story saying: “We’re not finished. One more.”
This confirms he’s planning another show soon, though he didn’t name which one.
His physique update shows him holding fullness extremely well post‑peak.

• LAURALIE CHAPADOS SHARES A NEW CHECK-IN
Lauralie posted a clean, high‑definition check-in photo.
Her glute/ham tie-in looks sharper than her Pittsburgh package, and she mentioned she’s “dialing in for the next one.”
Bikini is about to get spicy.

• URS KALECINSKI DROPS A TRAINING VLOG WITH A MASSIVE BACK SHOT
Urs released a vlog showing a back double biceps that looks noticeably wider than last season.
He’s clearly pushing size. But how big can he get?

• REGAN GRIMES SHOWS OFF A CRAZY SIDE CHEST
Regan posted a side‑chest shot that looks like he’s finally bringing up his chest density.
He also teased: “This year is different.”
We’ve heard that before.... but this time, the physique backs it up. We will see.

* WOMEN’S PHYSIQUE: BARBARA MENAGE SHARES A PREP UPDATE
Barbara posted a posing clip showing insane shoulder detail and a much tighter midsection.
She’s clearly prepping for something soon, though she hasn’t announced a show.

☆ SOCIAL MEDIA SWEEP

• Martin Fitzwater – Is back on IG, posting some posing clips. Not sure what any plans are. He looks very full. I guess he could go into a prep.
• Nick Walker — Shows us what 283 looks like on him. Arm's are freaky.
• Derek Lunsford — No new physique, only a really odd O– tv thing with Andrew. He did stand his ground.
• Wesley Vissers — Posted a training clip; arms look fuller. Mid section too. Legs....
• Jennifer Dorie — Shared a posing session; conditioning looks sharp.
• Francielle Mattos — Wellness queen posted a glute session; density is wild.
● Hadi Choopan – Has Milos as a coach and looking very thick in conditioning. As always you know he comes in good at peak.

☆ TEAM USP — (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
Today’s energy is all about movement without shows, a quiet part of the season where the real killers sharpen their blades. Andrew Jacked looks dangerous and staying lean. Samson is sending signals and just showed us what 345 looks like on stage. Ramon is trying to level up at the same time, which means Classic is heading toward a collision. Tonio is refusing to fade possiblythe Cali?. And the women’s divisions are showing more discipline than the men right now.

TEAM USP is watching for the next move
