• Today starts like most, definitely better than yesterday. And got 6.75 hrs of sleep, only waking up 2 times was good. I do think the 20 mg of melatonin was a big help. I normally take 5. Still 0430 my eyes open do my shots and put on the robe and some sweats Ash and I make a pit stop for the all important Rockstar zero. Unfortunately today was cold and raining at a good clip so we did do our perimeter sweep we normally do. Ash wanting no part of the cold rain. So he grabbed up his blanket and I put on some dogo tv for him. We head to the dungeon. Today was chilly enough I needed a sweater. I would not be surprised if it snows again. Started with a slow walk just to get heat and movements going. Bringing it up to a slow jog for 40 minutes at that pace. Went to the yoga stretching. Working over Leg mobility. I can tell its going to be a long rain day. Fishing off with traditional stretches. Then set up for my warm up sets.
* 189.6 this morning trending up!
• Leg Press
230 lbs is where we were, so now back to 6 plates or 270 Stance neutral today.
Paused reps. Smooth and controlled.
4×12, quads still not near max. But this isn't a bad place With the neutral stance holding the foam block is still challenging. Working deeper than when I started with the block. Getting a big stretch. Easy to come out the hole. This is continued progress on how my legs and knees feel. Maybe after adjusting to the load we will add more.
• Cable Crunches
We are staying at 150lbs. Spine arched, hips pulling through.
Controlled and systemic.
And doing 6 sets . I ran this up to 15. I take a solid 60 seconds to recover between sets. I started shaking hard on set 3 the last 2 sets were a test of will power. And not great form.
• Romanian Deadlifts
120lbs, Belt tight. Hamstrings drawn tight. Close to the shins, keeping head up.
10 on set one, backed down on reps after 3 going to 10 and 9. We got same reps as last time. Be methodically mindful. Progress is progress. It's never fast.
• Calf Raises
120 lbs On a 2‑inch platform, heels hanging deep.
Stretch, squeeze up, repeat. 5 sets done at 10 reps. Front of the shin was being pissy and started crampinga bit on the left. Set 5 was a waddling maker.
• Hanging Leg Raises
Weighted sets with 10 lbs on the feet.
Strict, no sway. If I do, I reset balance and go again. 9 reps with a rest of 60 seconds. I was lit up in the abs. Did the 8 reps, 2 more sets. We got one extra rep here.
• Smith Machine Squats
250 lbs, neutral stance, tempo steady.
10 reps then 8 matched again for sets 3 & 4. Nice and smooth. Form feels okay with the toes pointing out a bit. The foam is being used. Not getting full depth. Looks and feels deeper than before.
• Hack squat started this off light as the finish touch. 150, 3 sets neutral stance, toes pushed down 12, 10, 10. quads good and steamy. Foam box is still in play. Got down pretty deep. Shin is still barking
• Daily Totals

• Notes of the Day
It turned out to be a rain day all day. Had a snow mix and a freeze warning in effect for tonight. So have to cover some of my plants up. Colorado has officially started some kind of substance abuse problem. It is Mother's day that its normally safe to plant everything.

So I think its the humidity but definitely cramping up today was an issue. Had a couple people ask me if I was okay. I thought I was going good. Lol. Nope just Leg day. Mrs Creeper had the rainy day blues. I don't really understand depression. I just try and listen to the problem. Not suggesting how to fix it. Just try and be there for her. I thought at first you can just un fuck yourself like I do and get after myself or her that just makes it worse. It's way more thoughtful to listen or to be heard in some. Unlike my bullheaded thoughts of you can fix anything with logic.

TEAM USP — CREEPER’S THOUGHTS (NEW VERSION)
The Olympia picture just got a whole lot clearer and a whole lot uglier for anyone not holding a trophy. The auto‑qualifiers sit on a throne nobody else can touch, and every 2026 show winner is already packing for Vegas. Everyone else? They’re fighting for scraps in a season that’s moving faster than they are.
Classic Physique just became a warzone. Wesley Vissers punching his ticket at the Arnold means the top of that division is now a three‑headed monster with Sommerfeld, Ramon, and Urs (questionable)already locked in. Anyone pretending they’re “in the mix” without a win is lying to themselves.
Bikini? Ashlyn Little being the reigning Olympia champ changes the entire energy. Lauralie winning Pittsburgh doesn’t just qualify her it puts pressure on Dorie and Maureen to show up sharper than ever. That division is about to get political, competitive, and personal.
Men’s Open is the most violent it’s been in years. Krizo and Tonio are already in. The Olympia Top 3 are already in. That leaves maybe one or two real opportunities for the rest of the division to survive. Curry, Blessing, Sasan they’re not “chasing points,” they’re chasing oxygen.
This season isn’t just hype. It’s about math.
And the math is telling the truth:
If you don’t win, you don’t go.
* Thats if I did this all correctly. There is possible errors and will fix them when I go back through everything. Or if anyone sees something I over looked.
TEAM USP will be watching
