when to do cardio on weight training day?

So, I was talking to my personal trainer and I was talking to a couple dudes at the gym and everybody has a different opinion on this. But when it comes to cardio, when is the best time to do your cardio on weight training day?
Do you do it before you start your weight training or do you like to do it after? need some opinions on what you’ve figured out over the years.
 
cardio is looking good after workout. that is when you want to do it
