10 Grueling Minutes of Jump Rope Cardio & Glutes Exercise

Hello Y'all,

Here's my 10 minutes intense workout consisting of a 1 minute warm up, 4 minutes of glutes exercise with DB and 5 minutes of jump rope cardio. I rest for between 15 to 20 seconds after each minute of jump rope. It's time to sweat (literally) 😊!!

#1. Warm Up - 60 sec

#2. Hip Thrust - 30 sec
