So I did the math and added what I need this is what I will be cooking and adding and this is what my meal prep macros will be … now I don’t know how easy it will be to eat all this and I obvious won’t be eating it in 2-3 sitting I will eat on it through out the day here is my break down I will take pics of it when I cook it tomorrow
@Rocky611 for the most part i'm glad to see you are sticking to whole food options. the only thing i think can be improved is to dump the almond milk. its a very processed thing and junky. swap to raw coconut water instead

It sounds overly simple but cook up the main sources of protein to eat 300g and then it's there - now eat.
Silly example but Sunday I cooked my 10oz ribeye and it was ready before the rest of the food so I ate 90% of it before that was ready. Went down a treat
