Cruising on TRT for the next year

Newbie
I'm 34 years old and I would like to cruise on TRT for the next year.
Went from skinny as a rail at 162 pounds at six foot three. Now I'm over 200 pounds.
Do you think that 150 mg a week would work well for me? I've done Tren and Equipoise and I also did some Anavar as well. I don't want to lose my gains.
