That'd workso I changed it up a little with meal prep kinda … I made my ground turkey stir fry in to stir fry burgers same ingredient except added one egg and half a cup of oat meal so it sticks together will post pics of my cooking and then post macros when I figure it all out they should be same .. I am changing my morning shake up it’s been to much to drink lately .. I don’t know if my stomach is shrinking or what I will be having a pre made protein shake and just some Greek yogurt with protein and fruit in the morning.. I will add my macros and post later
