I got it at winco it’s a grocery store don’t know if they have that where you are at it is from the deli area so it made with there fresh fish

Crushed today’s macros … this app I use is very good you can save meals so it’s so quick to add the app is “fat secret “ it is free it is so much easier then other apps I have used

Yesterdays macros wasn’t my best day was busy driving every where very low in calories and macros where off

So I was thinking of my next cycle after getting blood work done and making sure everything is back to trt “normal “ I would like to try test,Eq , turinabol what is your advice my goal is recomposition what would be good dosage and is this a good stack

Your right 100% I didn’t plan for it and you know what they say “if you fail to plan you plan to fail “ i will make it a habit to carry food around all the time
