Approved Log Size and Mass Log with Gold standard labs Australia

Update:
Will track workouts properly now restarting Saturday. In a new gym and all machines have 3 loading pegs to alter resistance. Spent lots of time modifying all the upper and lower pieces so I’m ready to go properly and accurately increase load in each position per session. Looking forward to updating you all

@Bigcheese2000 this is a really good workout man. It's nice on a Saturday that you were able to put in some time in the gym. I was fishing all morning so I feel absolutely wasted.

The pushing splits look fantastic. This is a really good one. The dips especially are really good compound exercises. @Bigcheese2000

Bros, pushing for Saturday is always good to do. @Bigcheese2000 I woke up early this morning. I'm gonna hit it for a Sunday morning workout in a little bit. I can't wait!

The grind definitely looks fantastic. I like the dips, and I like the free motion pec fly that you're doing. This is a great workout overall. @Bigcheese2000
