Progress in all movements today. Happy to stack to plates a side on the incline smith. Surprised during a minicut the weights flying up. Attribute it to npp and mindset though, just because it’s a minicut doesn’t mean you have to lose progress. Aim of this short phase is to slightly increase or at least maintain numbers and then utilise the rebound to push volume a bit higher and run the numbers up even more.
