Cybex Squat Press: 130x10, 135x8
Nautilus Leg Extension: Hx7, ix8
Cybex Adductor: 90x8, 81x8
SL Toe Press: 75x6, 55x8
Behind Back Cable Curl: 5x10, x8
Great session put down. Big focus is to bring arms up. Will detail adjustments further but bringing some bicep into the leg day at the end. Can take the volume also so no fears of recovery. Have had an ongoing knees issue but comfortably did my squat patterns today with little trouble. Still being cautious but really focused on tempo and control and not just moving weight a to b. Can’t wait to run this block up
