pre cycle log a start brother but add photos of you face blurred out so we get the base you work with and start up the log approval

@Jay_trieshard some days it's okay to go low on the food. You don't have to always hit your magical macros every day. That's just something that a lot of people say.

the hanging leg raise is a fun one. you can really work the hell out of your core. this is a fun workout i like it @Jay_trieshard

Bros, it's okay. The important thing is you took your family shopping, and that's good. You got to spend time with them. I hate going shopping with my wife. She always wants to look at purses. @Jay_trieshard
