My next sarms run 16 weeks

2nd time using sarms
156 pounds. 5’8’’
I’m gonna do two 8 week sarms cycles but its gonna be back to back
So my plan is this:
8 weeks lgd4033 + RAD140 10mgs each
Weeks 9-16: GW + s4/andarine, 20mgs for gw and 50mgs for S4
I’m training 5x per week and eating 2700 calories per day
Goal is lean bulk then cutting down while keeping strength
Good plan ?

no, its not a good plan at all.. you need time in between cycles for one and the other aspect is you need to run them the proper length... this is not a good plan at all... what i would do is run a recomp stack for 12 weeks.. here is what i would go with

1-12 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 Rad-140 (TESTOLONE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 ACP-105 (VASCULINE) 20 mg day… split doses… 10 mg in the a.m. and 10 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 S4 (ANDARINE) 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 n2guard

At your weight you shouldn't be anywhere near needing to cut after a lean bulk......unless you are just really skinny. In which case you should focus on diet and adding lean muscle the right way. As for the cycles, I would just run a single 12 week cycle. For your goals I think Cardarine and RAD would be great. Cardarine and LGD would also be a solid option.
