Massive rookie here. Received no training or guidance before on diet, exercise, or weight lifting. I see something I think might be good and I just dive into it.
Im 40yo, 5'10". 4 months ago I was 315lbs, today at 245 (on a plateau right now). Back when I was 25 I weighed 175lbs. Lost the weight via light gym with cardio and a change in my diet. Seems in this weight loss, Ive lost muscle mass too. Over a month ago contacted MaleExcel and did one of their blood tests. They issued test cypionate 200mg/ml (AnazaoHealth Corp) and set a daily 0.15ml subq.
My diet over the past 4 months has been Premier Protein and FairLife Core Power (yeah, all day drinking these), grilled steak or chicken(no seasoning) (a few times a week only), and a multivitamin.
Daily
Up at 1:30am, take a thyroid pill.
2:15am one protein drink (12oz) and water (16oz)
Get ready for work, prior to walking out the door I take a multivitamin and test cyp 0.15ml subq
Work 10-12hrs a day. While at work, one protein drink on each break with about 3/4-1gal water throughout my work day.
After work, once home, I walk/jog about 5-7 miles through the mild hills out here.
Another protein drink.
Hit the home gym (back, chest, abs, arms, and legs) just 10r 2s.
