• TEAM USP — DAY 3: Legs, Calves & Abs
Lower body work.
* 192.8 This morning.
• The eyes open at 0400, I was super drained from yesterday. It's going to be a long rest the week working through the weekend like this. Too old for this shit.
Mr.Ash bolted down stairs waiting for me at the fridge, he was wanting water this morning so he got a bowl full as I drank some Rockstar. So with Ash eating, Mrs Creeper has been giving him a spot of milk in his food to get him to eat. He has been skipping a lot of food and this has helped.
USP gear beamed on board.
Sustanon 500 at 50mg,

Primobolan 50mg

We do our perimeter sweep this morning. Chickens water and food topped off. Water going on the yard. Ash was stairing upstairs so instead of his avocado blanket he wants to snuggle with Mom. Fair enough buddy dog. To the Creeper dungeon and start walking on the treadmill to a good jog. 35 minutes we hit target zone 125—135. On to the stretches. Loosened the back and legs for the pain to come. We have monsoon rain in the air hopefully it will instead of humid and 100. Its much needed relief for everyone in CO. It is so dry a tight fart could set a blaze. We have more rain the next few days too. On to opening my chest up, as well as the Creeper stretches using 30lbs in hand, swirl the weight letting the shoulder fibers get stretched good. Slowing down and reverse the spin. Did some yoga stretches and holds. Finished the yoga with the eagle posing sure I look nothing like it should but this also really helps with leg mobility and stretching. Finished off with my old, school stretches. Turned on some classic rock this am.
• Leg Press
300 Stance neutral today.
Paused reps. Smooth and controlled.
4×12, quads feeling fine. With neutral stance getting really deep, great stretch. Easy to come out the hole. This is feeling good and controlled. keeping the knee straight by using my lifting belt. I am doing some isolation leg extensions to warm up. Focused on rhythmic movement and time under load. All sets to 12. Feeling a bit better after just moving. Legs have been tight with all the steps I have been getting at work. We jumped 20 lbs didn't really notice the extra weight.
• Cable Crunches
Staying at 150lbs. Spine arched, hips pulling through.
Controlled and systemic.
And doing 6 sets . I ran this up to 15. I take a solid 60 seconds to recover after set 3. I am still shaking hard by set 3 it's at rep 14 that the wall is starting, 1 more rep than I was fatiguing beforehand. Bring the pain! The rest time in between sets is the only way to get this much done. This gets the blood flowing good. Heart rate up 130-145. As my head is spinny up when I stand up.
• Romanian Deadlifts x 5
120lbs, Belt tight. Hamstrings drawn tight. Close to the shins, keeping head up.
10 on set one, backed down on reps after 3 going to 10 and 10. Then 8 and 7 Being methodically. Staying level in reps is winning. I still have to go to work.
• Calf Raises
120 lbs On a 2‑inch platform, heels hanging deep.
Stretch, squeeze up, repeat. 5 sets done at 10 reps.
Do note this is on the Smith Machine.
• Hanging Leg Raises x 4 grips on.
Weighted sets with 10 lbs on the feet.
Strict, no sway. Keep the work honest 10 reps with a rest of 30 seconds. I was lighting up in the abs. Did 8 reps, 2 more sets. We are staying even.
• Smith Machine Squats x 4
300 lbs, neutral stance, tempo steady.
10 reps then 9, 7 for sets 3 & 4. Nice and smooth. Form feels good with the toes slightly out. The foam block is being used here. Kept even with reps and upped 20 lbs
• Hack squat x 3
started this off light as the finish touch. 170, 3 sets wide stance, toes pushed down and straight 12, 10, 10. quads lighting up! Foam box is still being used. I am standing a bit higher than mid plate.
* Extra set push up's
Got 15 in and took 90 second pause, got 15 more. Foam blocks being used for a deep stretch.
* Extra set pull up's
Did 5 X 3 with the 25lbs on the belt, I like to give a bit of relax hanging at the bottom at the end of a set just to unload the spine and stretching everything deeply.

• Notes of the Day
We had a crew at the shop straight away working on the coolers. Even then one down having one going and doors open and closing the shop got hot fast. Very muggy and I was leaking everywhere. So kept water intake up and fan on me. Hopefully the swamp coolers were on overnight to get the concrete cool in the shop for tomorrow. Really it felt kinda good to sweat out and resupply the body with electrolytes.
Something off body building or well part of imagine anyway. What do you all wear for cologne/perfume? Yes perfume, its not about being female. Perfume its about concentration of your product. Extrait is higher than perfume.
What is your signature? Do you have a gym smell? Or a winter/summer scent? FYI I always smell good, I maybe a dirty mechanic, I just don't smell like one!

TEAM USP Bodybuilding News

July 28/2026
• CHINA PRO — THE FIRE STILL BURNING
Behrooz Tabani’s win over James Hollingshead continues to detonate across the industry. Straight first‑place votes on the scorecards, but the community isn’t buying it.
Lee Priest calls it political. Fans call it a robbery. Milos Sarcev defends the judges, saying the live look favored Behrooz.
The backlash hasn’t slowed for a second — every angle, every freeze‑frame, every comparison keeps pointing to the same conclusion: James was the better man on stage.
• OLYMPIA TOP FOUR — PREP STATUS
Samson Dauda
Samson’s 9‑weeks‑out update is still the most viral physique of the week. Freak quads, granite density, and the 350‑lb off‑season gamble looks like it paid off. Heavy lifting maintained. No early diet mistakes this time.
Derek Lunsford
Locked‑in, consistent, predictable in the best way. Derek’s prep is clean and controlled — no chaos, no surprises.
Hadi Choopan
Visa questions still floating around, but Hadi’s camp keeps pushing the “dry midsection” narrative. If he shows up, he’ll be peeled.
Andrew Jacked
Andrew’s lines and structure look insane. If he nails conditioning, he’s a podium threat. If he misses, he slides.
• WILDCARDS & TOP SIX SHAKEUPS
Nick Walker
Nick is rolling into the Tampa Pro right before the Olympia — a risky but aggressive move. If he nails both shows, momentum becomes a weapon.
Martin Fitzwater
Mentally brutal year. If he channels it right, he’s dangerous. If not, he sinks.
Michael Krizo
Krizo’s size + conditioning combo is lethal. If any top guy slips — or if Hadi’s visa blocks him — Krizo walks straight into the top six.
Neck Zilla
Not sure why he is out, the package he showed, huge quads, his hams were out farther than his glutes! Massive upper body, Peeled out of his mind. Chest full of cables. Looked AI,
BUT WASN'T!!!! under the radar show wrecker?
• CLASSIC PHYSIQUE — RAMON VS SOMMERFELD
Ramon Dino
Raw lighting, bad angles, no filters — still looks dominant. Back double bicep update is championship‑level.
Mike Sommerfeld
Looks great, but every update is curated, polished, and perfectly lit. Until he shows raw footage, Ramon stays the favorite.
• INDUSTRY NEWS
• Tampa Pro 7/30 – 8/1
Big show, heavy lineup, Olympia qualification.
Nick Walker is the favorite. Showing the best look to date. Will Jo push him? Not too sure. He will need the to be the best he has ever been, to crack the top 5 in the world.
• NPC USA Championships
Full Saturday scorecards and galleries posted. New talent pipeline looks strong.
• Arnold Classic Fantasy Matchups
Jay Cutler vs Big Ramy debates are everywhere. Milos adds fuel by predicting Hadi will show up shredded.

TEAM USP—(CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
This China Pro fallout proves one thing. The fans aren’t stupid. They saw James Hollingshead walk out harder, fuller, tighter, and more complete and they saw Behrooz show up off. The judges rewarded the wrong physique, and the community isn’t letting it slide.
Samson is the only top‑four guy dropping updates that look like Olympia‑level destruction. Derek is steady. Hadi is a question mark. Andrew is a coin flip.
Nick updates are looking, well the mutant. My favorite guy. Tampa win incoming.
Krizo is the shark circling the water, waiting for someone to bleed.
Classic Physique? Ramon is still the king until someone shows him otherwise.
The sport is on fire right now. and the cracks in the system are showing and Lee is still pointing it out openly.

TEAM USP stays locked in.
