Currently only taking multi vitamins, and 2x a day metamucil.

pre cycle log a start brother but add photos of you face blurred out so we get the base you work with and start up the log approval

@Jay_trieshard some days it's okay to go low on the food. You don't have to always hit your magical macros every day. That's just something that a lot of people say.

the hanging leg raise is a fun one. you can really work the hell out of your core. this is a fun workout i like it @Jay_trieshard

Nice first log post brother, training looks good and you've got some good strength. Macros are great for your weight too.

For metamucil might wanna switch to straight psyllium seed husk or psyllium husk powder; metamucil is processed better to get the real deal in to help with digestion and gut health.

Let's see some diet and updates and I'll be following bro!
