How would you use anavar for fat loss?

Was reading some studies that showed anavar was found to be very effective for fat loss. How would you run it for this purpose?
I’m currently in my 30’s and i weigh around 220 pounds and 6 foot tall. My body fat is around 16%, want to get it lower to 12% or less.
Would you recommend i do daily cardio or stick to weight training? Just want weight loss
 
you should not be looking at any steroid for what you are wanting... anavar is still a steroid and not used for just lowing weight... no steroid is... yes, it is great for burning some stubborn fat areas but its definitely not ideal for your goals.. sarms would be the way you want to go with the goals you have.. a strong cutting stack would be the most optimal

need to get to single digits then hit anavar with a clean diet and cardio
