I'm actually just coming off of a short blast, light blast, explained below.
Me:
40 yo male
5'10
185lbs
with a diet that could use work. I am a one meal a day kind of guy mostly with some small snack here and there during the day. I've been on TRT for about 2 years and up until adding some more compounds I was taking .5ml test cyp and .5 ml b12 every 4 days, .5 mg anastrazolol a week (based on labs), 20u HCG a week. I did a cycle long ago with test prop and winny. got good results and no significat sides.
6 weeks ago I decided to step it up a little bit having started to work out more and focus more on health and training. I spoke with an acquaintance who helped me source some gear and got some shitty advice it seems. I ended up with:
.5ml sust 250
.5ml mast p
50mg anavar (this was my issue i think)
Things were going well the first few weeks and then BAM I get hit with all sorts of anxiety, panic attacks, palpitations, emotional AF, etc.
I had labs 3 weeks ago and E2 was spiked and as i'd expect, all my lipids were hosed from the anavar. I took a step back and went to .5mg anaztrazolol every 4 days when i Pin to bring the E2 down, stopped the anavar and then a week later went back to test cyp.
So far things to be going better. staying on Mast P for the 3 weeks didn't seem to bother me at all and anxiety and panic leveled out. Still on .5mg on pinning days.
Current supplements:
.5ml test cyp, .5ml b12, .taking .5 mg anastrzolol on days I pin. Every day I take magnesium citrate, berberine, omega 3 with dha and epa, sytrinol, potassium chloride, a liver and kidney supplement
Training:
i try to work out 3-4 days a week for around 45 minutes. Cardio on a rower, knee is hosed and have surgery on torn meniscus in a couple weeks. Try to hop in a sauna for 15 min on workout days.
Sleep:
been shit since i was in the USMC. Blood work usually shows cortisol in range or just outside.
Goal:
Getting married in October and would like to get rid of this spare tire and slim down a bit. I carry most of my weight in the stomach. It'd be nice to get a nice cut physique in time for it; or at least moving that direction.
