LEG DAY

| Solid Morning Session
Solid morning leg session today!

Feeling good, legs were firing, and the work is getting done. We’re deep into the cut now, so PBs are definitely becoming harder to come by, but I’m still happy with the strength I’m holding onto and the overall progress.

• 20 × 54.5kg
PBs are definitely slowing down now that we’re getting deep into the cut, but that’s part of the game. Calories are lower, bodyweight is coming down, and fatigue starts to build — so the goal now is to maintain as much strength and muscle as possible while continuing to get leaner.
Coach reckons I’m getting pretty close to the point where we can start looking at a reverse

After pushing through this deficit for a while, it’ll be nice to eventually start bringing things back up and focusing on building again.
Weight loss has stalled a little at the moment, sitting at 72.4kg

, so Sunday’s check-in should be interesting.
There’s a possibility of Clen being introduced if coach thinks we need another lever to pull,
so we’ll see what the call is on Sunday.
Planned:
• Clen – 20mcg ( potentially)
• Taurine – 5mg AM / 5mg PM
• Yohimbine – 10mg fasted for cardio + black coffee

️
• Weigh-in – 72.4kg
And of course, SLU-PP-332 doing its thing from my sponsor War Born Peptides
Proudly sponsored by the one and only Southern Cross Labs

— keeping me supplied with the goods while I put in the work.
We’re getting close now… let’s see what Sunday’s check-in brings.
Till next time
