'Heavy' Arm Day. Was a job to get it done but done it was. Tried the gyms new wrist roller (1-inch diameter with a light padding). Took pics Hammer Dumbbell Curls
to 90kg/198lbs x 11 reps

I do these on the floor and have started to use a roll in and lift style
to 82.75kg x 4 reps

Was a sluggish kinda day Close Grip Bench Press
the plan was 175kg x 3 x 3. But it ended up being 5 x 2 x 175kg/385lbs. I've had a look at the last time I went heavy it was 3 x 3 so I need to be back to this
