Killing it at the gym. Both myself and Gareth were 'flying' and 'clicking'. 90% done in 45-minutes. I HAD planned to do the dumbbell work but my GF arrived and it IS my birthday so off out we went.

Out for shopping and food (gourmet burger) and an ice cold Guinness. My mum had gifted me some cash so I also purchased 2kg of Rump Steak cut thick in lieu of Ribeye (sold out)

close grip bench press is some heft size. 270 would be a lot. but you are doing almost 400! wow @Mobster

I would have told the gf to buzz off if i was in the middle of a training session. the gym is reserved for men only. let her cook at home for after @Mobster
 
Two were two of Peter Sisco's Power Factor series and one was Dan Duchaines Body Opus (goes for up to £75 on eBay)
