Approved Log Mobster - back on the grind log

Monday
On the way down I was 'shall I do the planned 370kg/814lbs or shall I max out?'. Part of the maxing out was tied into thought that if (and I KNOW I would have done it)I'd have done that I'd be good for a max. So...

Hatfield Squat
Bar x 12, 120kg x 8, 230kg x 4 (deliberately holding back here), 300kg x 1 (belt only), 380kg x 1 (belt and knee wraps. Then do I do a 20kg PB of 440kg/968lbs or do I do the 1000lbs? Decision made. 460kg loaded and done!! That's 1014+lbs. A lifetime PB. I may never do this much again but still wanted to do this before my 61st birthday in a few weeks time

As you can imagine I didn't much feel like doing anything else and yet was still at the gym for over 2 hours lol

This was powered by a combination of hard ass working for 45 years and my current TRT (200mg Test C). In addition I've done 4 weeks of 50mg Var and switched that to 50mg of DBol the last few weeks plus 20mg a day throughout of LGD. All via @PSL and all @EuroPharmacies. @~Vision~

Wednesday
The squat, cue look of shock lol, had an impact so Tuesday off. Took baby steps in terms of seeing what I could do today in lieu of Tuesday as a rest day. Did more stretching and staying limber.
Seated Press
to 122.5kg/269.56lbs x 4

Rear Delt Machine
to stack +1.25kg x 4

Saxon Bar
With the biggest issue being bending over I didn't push this today.
to 52.5kg x 3 x 6

Hot as f**k. Ran out of time cos I was BS-ing with a buddy
Close Grip BB Bench Press
to 180kg/396lbs x 3 x 5 reps (paused last one) with single ply s/shot. It popped off my left elbow on rep 4 2nd set and I still did the rep

Lat Pulldowns
3/4 stack x 12 reps and stack (21p/126kg/278llbs) x 12 reps close grip mag handle

Low Cable Rows
stack x 12 reps v handle
 
Friday
1st session with former national record holding Gareth Felton. 745kg total (inc 190kg/418lbs bench and 275kg squat) at 90kg/198lbs and at age 23. He's now 40 and not lifted at all since he was 25. Bunch of issues including twisted gut etc. So very much a feeling his way / making sure he bloody arrived session lol

Close Grip Bench Press
to 160kg/352lbs sleeves only x 3 x 3 (more there)
Had G very slowly work his way to 82.5kg x 3 x 3 and then onward to 100kg x 1 with a spot

Lat Pulldowns
1/2 stack x 12 and stack x 14

Low Cable Row
1/2 stack x 12 and almost all the stack x 12

Gareth left for a medical appt. Guys at the gym all said hi etc

Thick Handled Dumbbell Work
LH: 67.5kg x 3 x 2 reps
 
Monday
Trained with Gareth F. Straight bar squats for him to 160kg/352lbs etc. I used my new Forell F8 knee wraps.
