Approved Log MeowWolf's Cycle Log

I need diet help.
I'm stuck at 228lbs.

I want to run very few carbs to cut to 200-210.
I have winny, anavar, clen, EQ, Tren

Anyone have a recommendation of dosages and calorie intake and food to eat low/no carbs.
time restrict eat and do 24-36 hour fasts
 
lower your carbs to around 50grams and keep protein/fat high
and update us more

Got a PM asking for an update.

Last 2 weeks I've pinned 150mg/Test/Wk, that's it.
Planning on chillin thru March 1st and hope to start new bulk then. I learned a lot this cycle, Dbol tore me up running 100mg/d then dropping to 75mg/d, then having to come off halfway through the bulk cause gyno setting in. Thankfully gyno cleared up nicely. I switched to the cut and ran test/tren/eq/var/gh/deca. Lowest weight is in this pic I attached, 224 @ 6'4".

Next cycle I plan on running 30-40 mg dbol, WITH nolva and of course ai. Lol

I appreciate the support and everyone watching the progress/setback/progress this cycle was... Lmao.

I'll log it up again around March 1st gentlemen.

You not going to train until March? damn too bad would like to see your training at least

so you doing TRT now?
