How much time off after steroids?

I just completed a 14-week cycle and I'm going to go in to post Cycle Therapy now
I was wondering what you would recommend in terms of how long I should stay off
this was my first cycle that was at this length
I did testosterone 500mg week and I did equipoise at 800 mg a week. I also added in some oral steroid too
I got up to 270 lb and 6 ft 1 in. And I am 40 years old

14 weeks plus two weeks for your esters to clear is 16 weeks, then 4 weeks on pct... thats a total of 20 weeks.. so AT THE MINIMUM, you would need 20 weeks off in between cycles...

once you start getting past 12 weeks on and not even counting the ester clearance like dylan said then you are getting into the red zone where there is no turning back. i recommend people do 10 week max cycles for this reason. very hard to recover past 12 weeks

The general "rule" so to speaks is the amount of time on a cycle is the time you need off. For me, that is more so a minimum because it comes down to what you used on cycle and how strong the recovery has been. Sometimes people tend to rush back too quickly and have not let their body recover properly. Rest and recovery, in all aspects of this, is the most important in every regard. Never rush into anything!

i take 8 weeks of steroids and go back in
6 weeks pct 2 weeks off

Time in plus pct equals time off. So 20 weeks would be the number.
