how much hgh for 4 months?

I’m looking for your advice on using growth hormone for the next few months. I have a 4 month time frame where I want to see what it can do for me. This is the first time I’ve used it. I’ve seen dosing recommendations from one IU per day up to three IU per day. I’m not sure what you would recommend but let me know.
