I'm 40 years old and I'm going to be doing equipoise + testosterone
Thinking about 400mgs of each unless you sway me another direction
My full stats are 6’ 210 pounds and 12% body fat
I already have a good physique but it can be better
Do i need an AI with these dosages?

you will need one, yes... how much depends on your bloodwork... we dont know how estrogen prone you may or may not be... however at 400 mg of test, most everyone would need an AI with it

I would recommended using an aromatase inhibitor with this cycle. You have two compounds that convert to estrogen, with testosterone converting at a fairly high rate, especially with higher dosing.
