Help with equipoise. What would you do?

I'm curious about equipoise. What would you do if you had to run it? I was thinking maybe 500 mg a week. Do you think that would be a good dosage or would you try something else? I'm 28 years old and this will be my first injectable cycle. I'm 205 lbs. and I'm trying to build some quality muscle mass.

Bros, when it comes to equipoise, you are never gonna go wrong with 400 mg a week. I think that's the sweet spot. It's good for cutting, re-comping, or bulking, whatever you want.

I would run this cycle like this:
- Testosterone 300 mg a week
- EQ 400 mg a week
- Anavar 25 mg a day

For a recomp cycle, you can stack 30-50 mg/day of Anavar for 6-8 weeks with 400 mg/week of EQ for 12 weeks and 200-300 mg/week of Test E or Cyp for 12 weeks.

Make sure you're donating blood constantly. EQ is well known to boost red blood cell count and think in blood but it's really good for endurance. You're going to love it.

When it comes to dosing EQ I wouldn't push it past 600 mg a week unless you're planning on competing. That is plenty and even 300 or 400 mg is plenty.
