Help me simplify this cycle given to me by a coach

I'm 38 years old. I'm a little over 200 lbs. and I'm 6'2". And around 14-15% body fat
This would be my third cycle. My coach says that if I really want to take things to the next level and possibly compete, I have to start mixing up a lot of compounds.
He gave me this protocol:
550mg Test E, 500mg Primo, 400 Mast prop, and 200 NPP
What do you think about this stack for me if I was to push it for 12 weeks or do you think I should add something else maybe an oral?

Bros, Primo is sort of weak. You could certainly use it but these guys are getting more aggressive.

I would be considering tren or at least EQ here because you need to be a little more willing to deal with side effects. The guys you're competing against are going to be on harsher compounds.

Personally, I'd go with this stack:

Week 1-8: Anavar: 40-60 mg/day
Week 1-12: Test E: 200-300 mg/week
Week 1-12: EQ: 400 mg/week

I think oral steroids would be a good choice. You could do Anavar and Winstrol for example. T-bol is another good option but Winstrol is a must, especially going into your competition.

This stack could work for sure, guys. Like Primo, it's a little flexible when it comes to side effects. It's not going to wow you though, so you may want to consider switching the Primo for Masteron as you get later.
