Help figuring out how to use RAD-140 for bulking up

I'm 150 lbs. and 6 ft. tall, having a hard time gaining weight. And I'm 22 years old.
I'm looking for advice on using rad 140 for bulking up. What would be a good dosage that you'd recommend I try?
Do you think 20 mg a day would work well or do you think I should jump it up to 40 mg?

If you want to run a bulking and/or recomp protocol, then you can go with a RAD-140 / LGD-4033 stack. RAD-140 will help with both strength and size gains while LGD-4033 helps with lean muscle mass gains.

In terms of a cycle, you can run an 8 week cycle with RAD‑140: 10 mg/day and LGD‑4033: 5 mg/day. Note that liver support is important and PCT is aldo essential with SERMs like Nolvadex and Clomid.

RAD is the go if you want size. I would add some LGD in that case. If you want to do more of a recomp, then add some GW to it. You could also add some ostarine. I would go 20 mg on the RAD. That is perfect.

RAD isn't complicated to use. 20 mg a day for 8 to 12 weeks is perfect. Try that and go from there.

Bros, when it comes to SARMs, they are way more effective when you stack them. This is why I recommend RAD and GW. 20 mg of each will do the job.

If you are new to RAD140, start with a dose of 20mg every 24 to 36 hours. Once you have confirmed your body tolerates the initial dose and you notice a response, increase the dosage to 30mg.

Ideally, limit your cycle to 6 weeks, though you may extend it to 12 weeks if necessary. Using more than 5mg for 8 weeks or longer may require Post Cycle Therapy (PCT). After completing PCT, wait at least 3 weeks before starting another cycle.

Gradually increase the dosage to help your receptors adjust, and remain aware of potential side effects when using RAD140.
