40 year male, 5’7, 165lbs. Unsure about body fat. Cheap scales at home says ~22% but the scale at the gym says 10%. I’m probably somewhere in the middle, around 16-17%.
On my first testosterone cycle. Started on June 13 with 140mg per week, split up into 70mg doses twice a week. On Aug 8, I jumped up to 250mg per week, split up into 125mg per week. I would like to move up to 500mg of testosterone per week after my next blood work on Sep 5. Eventually adding primobolan at 250mg per week. Also, HGH at 2IUs and going up to 4IUs.
I’m also taking Anastrozole at .25mg, twice a week. Retatrutide at 3.6mg per week, split up into 1.8mg twice a week. I also supplement daily with a multivitamin, fish oil, DHEA (25mg), and pregnenolone (10mg). For liver health, I supplement daily with Tudca (600mg), NAC (300mg), and milk thistle (100mg).
I started on a cut cycle on Aug 1. Below is an example of my diet, with daily macro goals.
Below is my workout plan. I lift 6 days a week. On my off day and on Friday, I’ll do cardio. I’ve been doing 6 week meso cycles. I start off with 3 sets and gradually progress to about 5 sets, depending on how each individual muscle group is responding.
