Morning followers,
I’d just like to start this by apologising for the lack of focus and time I’ve been putting into this the last 2.5 weeks, as mentioned when it happened, I have injured myself through my best and left shoulder blade, it is muscular but nearly any form of weight lifting I have been doing will aggravate it and put me back to square 1.
Been dealing with bad head aches as well as pain constantly.


I have spent most the last 2 weeks off gym to try and let it rest and heal, along with multiple massage appointments and 1 osteopathy session.

Yesterday I took some muscle relaxants and pain killers and let the therapist go as hard as I could handle.

Today I’ve woken up with little to no pain and no head aches, I’m fucking HOPING that I’m at the back end of this.

I understand there are strict guidelines us loggers need to abide by, and I haven’t been following them as much as I should be, ie with progress photos and constant gym updates. So I wanted to say I appreciate the patience, and everything will be back in full flight soon.
