Locking in Round #2
It’s being 8 or 9 weeks past Surgery now,
I’m back on with a Coach to get me dialled in for a growth phase.
Currently still in a cut as a few kilos were added during recovery. Sitting at 73kgs as of this morning.
The Coach has organised a new meal plan for me and training plan to suit 4 days a week.
Macros:
Training Days:
-2400 calories
-310g carbs
-200g protein
-40g fat
Non Training Days:
-2000 calories
-210g carbs
-200 protein
-40g fat
Roughly 100 extra grams of carbs on training days pre workout as been added for gym performance. So far it’s working a treat, the past week has been great at the gym
The 4 day training split is Upper/Lower Rest Upper/Lower Rest Rest, with 3 cardio days to be done during rest days. This ensures I’m hitting every body twice a week.
At minimum 3 x 30 minutes cardio sessions maintaining 120bpm HR
10000 steps a day to be maintained atm
I’m also planning to titrate of Reta and Swap to Tirz to reduce the elevated Resting Heart rate.
Currently using SS31 as a bit of a mitochondrial repair and restart, and possibly look at starting Mots C again as I’ve had fantastic response previously from
@War Born Peptides Mots C.
Will start logging weight sessions soon as I get used to new coaching app
