Yeah, just make sure you have a lot of mats, both against the wall and on the floor. I've got a nice size hole in my old house because I didn't have a mat against the wall, haha.

Absolutely true. I've tried to make is gentle on the room. Nothing in the walls, and mats everywhere. It's a walk out basement that's above ground, so I have other pieces in the back, I giant tire, battle ropes, etc. for functional work.
Yeah well when I was benching as well, I failed on my bench and I had to lift one side of the bar. The weight flew off and really damaged my wall. Ha ha. It's amazing how much weaker I used to be at home versus the gym. A gym environment really does make a difference at least with me.
