Needing some help building a cutting stack, I have ran OSTA, S4, GW, twice but my training and diet were not on point this was like 10 years ago, since the I have developed more in the gym and actually watching what I am putting in my body.
My most recent cycle was an 8 Week LGD3003 + GW just for endurance, The gains were amazing LGD3003 if you are looking to put on size is pretty great also gave me the aggression in the gym.
This brings me to the cycle I am wanting to run I just don't know if it's overkill or not.
Ostarine: 25mg ramping up after first two weeks to probably 40 or 50mg? Ostarine never gave me the results I was looking for at 25mg, they were just "okay".
S4: 50mg split dosages, and I always like to pay attention to the vision sides, if I feel like the yellow tint gets too much I skip a day of S4.
GW: 20mg daily.
ACP-105: 10mg daily, I have never ran this sarm before so wanted to add it for a hardening and dryer look.
SR9009: 20-40mg a day divided dosage. Have never ran this before either but again just trying something different because GW I have only ever noticed the increased endurance nothing else.
Total cycle length 8-12 Weeks?

You’re right to question if that’s overkill, because stacking that many SARMs at once makes it harder to know what’s actually working and what’s just sides brother

Ostarine past 25mg really doesn’t deliver much extra, and going up to 40–50mg will just stress your lipids and liver more. S4 and GW together are a solid base for cutting, the vision sides on S4 are the main limiter so you’re smart to plan around that. ACP-105 could be worth a run on its own down the line, but with Osta and S4 already in the mix it’s just stacking overlap.
I’d keep it simple for 8 weeks: S4 at 50mg split AM/PM and GW at 20mg daily, then either add ACP-105 at 10mg or Osta at 25mg, not both. That way you’ll still get the strength, endurance, and fat loss you’re after without crushing recovery. SR9009 is very hit or miss, lots of people don’t feel much besides poor sleep at higher doses, so I wouldn’t bother first time back on. Cleaner stack, easier recovery, and you’ll actually know what’s giving you results.
If you’re going to run that cycle you should start a log for it, even if it’s just short updates. Post your weight, diet, training, and how you feel on each compound week to week, that way you can track what’s really working and what’s just noise. It’ll help you make smarter choices for the next run, and the feedback from others following along will keep you accountable and dialed in. A log takes 10min to get up it's a MUST!

Why is a Log Journal important?
- Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
- Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
- The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
- Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.
To really guide you we need more info from you.
- Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
- It will take 15-20 minutes max.
