would you rather use Ostarine or lgd for lean gains?

What is the better sarms if you had to pick between using ostarine vs. lgd?
I’m currently in my late 20’s and looking to get lean gains, maybe 5-10 pounds without side effects and without gaining bloat
I’m 15% body fat and I’m 189 pounds
was thinking about using either 50mgs ostarine and 10mgs of LGD> which is the better value for the buck

20mgs cardarine

I would do either with GW
a lot of people think GW is just for fat loss and they are wrong it's also great for weight training and Cardio

make sure you use umbrella
 
MK2866 for the leaner gains but I would go with AC262 as opposed to either... ac262 is basically a stronger form of ostarine.. .the difference with ostarine is that you get the healing properties, so you could really stack them together as well
