Using ostarine during post cycle

Newbie
I've come across some information where it said you could use ostarine mk-2866 during post Cycle Therapy because it has good healing properties in it safe to use.
Does this mean I can run a sarm stack like lgd 4033 and something else and then run the MK 4 weeks after and be good? if so is there a limit to the dosage or do I run the minimum
 
with steroid pcts you will be better off using it in pct but with sarms, i would not do so... just keep it to what it needs to be ... watch my video on how to run a proper sarms pct...

If you do pct don't use anything except cardarine gw or stenabolic SR, even if you use osta should be like 5mgs it can suppress you.

That video is about pct after sarms. Not about using sarms after a steroid cycle !!!
