Good afternoon, im 27 from the UK and I am new to this forum

I have 2 questions, I want to run a 12 week cycle of Ostarine and Cardarine, but the only source in the UK I know is Receptor Chem however I found out the one on here is good.

Does Ostarine cause Gyno, especially the one from Receptor Chem?

Is Receptor Chem full of bunk gear filled with prohoromones?

Lastly, does the source on this site do international shipping to the UK? If so how long does it take to arrive?

Ostarine should not be causing gyno... I have seen a lot of mixed reviews on them so I would be wary at best with them... If you email Umbrella Labs, they will take care of international shipping for you

now receptor chem is not a trusted sarms brand but you can get untrusted sarms many places, most sarms are spiked, you should get sarms from umbrella or sarms.forsale they ship international

but at your age before you use sarms we need to see you start a pre-sarms log journal on anabolex with your diet training cardio and supplement use, you think just using sarms is enough? no way we need to prep you to use them or you'll get nasty side effects
So start a NEW thread with your LOG asap

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
