I was really dumb because once it started happening I didn’t do anything about it I just let it get out of control
ended up having to have surgery done and it was a big mess because the surgeon screwed things up for me

I also had gyno but just on one side and the surgeon initially did the wrong surgery and did not fix it, then I went to a private plastic surgeon and they took out the gyno on the one side however later i developed a hematoma(?) because there was no drainage or anything and the stitches burst open with alot of blood so it left a scar but it is not disfiguring or anything, just not a perfect nip tuck job but I definitely was pretty traumatized. Finally even the paid plastic surgeon in a high end private clinic did not do it 100% correct, I had to go back several times for touch ups.

gyno happens if you have fake superdrol or fake steroids

you should not use estrogenic steroids

My worst experience was crashing my estrogen. I avoid AIs as much as possible now because it doesn't take much tp get me too low

So complete opposite of your problem
