Using reta for weight loss

Looking to use reta but keep it as simple as possible. What would be the recommended dosage for reta? Should I hit it at 2 mg a week or do I need to increase it to 3 mg a week or more?
I'm currently 302 lbs. And I'm 50 years old.

Use the dosing as per the studies.
