reta

Looking to use reta but keep it as simple as possible. What would be the recommended dosage for reta? Should I hit it at 2 mg a week or do I need to increase it to 3 mg a week or more? I'm currently 302 lbs. And I'm 50 years old.

I'm curious about using reta and using 1 mg to start. Do you think 1 mg for 12 weeks would work well, then increasing it to 2 mg for the next 12 weeks, and so on until I get to 6 mg? Or do you think I should be more aggressive? I'm 258 lbs. and 5 ft. 11 in. I'm trying to lose weight and I am a...
