Ayo!
I had a good couple rest days and I slept really well last night! I popped some var pre worky and I hit a new 3 rep back squat PR, 175! It ain’t much, but it’s honest work lol. Today’s workout was pretty killer on the legs. In between building up on my back squats I did 4 sets of Bulgarian split squats with a 30lb dumbbell.

I did rx weight for the WOD and finished at 14:56. I’ve been hitting the var pre workout for like a week now and although scale weight is up I feel very hard/full looking (pause lol).

Let’s see what shenanigans we can get up to tomorrow!
